I learnt VIO is making computer test on vehicle compulsory. pls educate us, what is it about, is there any particular vehicle class that is suppose to undergo the computer test?

Am not sure which type of cars but not all VIO require it. If u come across the ones from that unit, thats what de ll ask for, i mean the unit where their computer test center is. Unless if there z been changes
Have already taken my car for de test. cant remeber exact amount though.
