Hi everyone.. throughout last session, I was cool with my space in the bedroom, but over this long holiday, i realized, in retrospection, that it really looked boring, bleak and lacking in imagination. So i made a decision that, this semester I'd do a few things to spruce up the way everything looks.. so i started a DIY research journey; only to discover that most of the ideas i found online were only practicable in a typical foreign dorm.. i even played with the idea of decorating with fairy lights and extra fixtures and furniture, but i attend a private university and they definitely won't allow that.

So I want suggestions; i want you guys to tell me what you've done that made your room look nicer; items you brought in (for aesthetic effect)... Every little bit of info will help, please.

And please, just ideas i can actually use in a normal room (fairly big, four occupants) thank you
