King Olateru Olagbegi II(1910- 1998) the Olowo of Owo during a photo shoot at his Palace in 1959. Olagbegi was the epitome of a modern Traditional ruler, quite erudite and also an avid Tennis player who championed the development of the game in Nigeria. That this was a time most Nigerians were taking instructions from the 'Oyinbos', King Olateru Olagbegi II(1910- 1998) the Olowo of Owo got these same Oyinbos to serve him a photo shoot. |
