Noah is in Heaven. Enoch, Abraham, Abel, Lazarus, Isaac, Ishmael, Jacob, Joseph, Samuel, Isaiah, Jeremiah, Joshua, Chedrak, Melchak, Abednego, Moses, David, Zechariah, Elijah, Elisha and John The Baptist are all in Heaven. Heaven is the abode of all Righteousness. The wicked are in Hades. My mother and father were Righteous. I believe that they are in Heaven .

at present if a sinful soul dies, it goes straight to hell fire as can be seen in the account of Lazarus and the rich man... in the book of Revelation 20, ... 14  And death and hell were cast into the lake of fire. This is the second death. 15  And whosoever was not found written in the book of life was cast into the lake of fire. (Revelation 20).

we have been told of how hell fire shall be casted into another place of eternal punishment - the lake of fire. this suggests that hell fire now contains the souls of those who died during Noah's era till date.  19  By which also he went and preached unto the spirits in prison;  20  Which sometime were disobedient, when once the longsuffering of God waited in the days of Noah, while the ark was a preparing, wherein few, that is, eight souls were saved (1Peter 3.19,20. KJV). the prison mentioned in vs 19 of 1 Peter 3 is hell fire.

A great surprise awaits humanity when we shall get to heaven and discover some souls there who were of Noah's generation. Christ took the Gospel to them and while they didn't believe Noah , some finally choose to believe Christ so they're in heaven.

The story of Lazarus and the rich man is a parable not a true life story cos if it were a true life story that means heaven is not far from hell maybe like 300metres apart because for Lazarus to heard rich speak that means they are not far apart and how can someone in hell recognize someone in far far heaven

It means those in heaven will be watching those in hell as they are agonising
