Source, but this is BOMB 1. "You and your party promised to lead the masses to the Promised Land." Agreed. 2. "On this same score, please instruct your ministers, and insist that they be sincere and polite at those town meetings." Agreed. 3. "You will need to take a critical look at the manner of appointments you have been making." Agreed. 4. "You know quite well that some of the officials of your administration served in previous dispensations." Agreed. 5. "On education, recent appointments you have made in the education sector raise a question: have you really appointed the best?" Agreed. 6. "No political party in Nigeria has a monopoly of looters." Agreed. 7. "Remember that you cannot put a crown on your head. It is the people who put it on you." Agreed. I agree with you Sir. You have spoken the minds of a few Nigerians. God Bless You. Amen. PMB claims to have a listening ear. Oya, listen and do the needful. Begin by sacking the entire economic management team including Emefiele Next, is to appoint fresh hands to manage our economy Useless APC government 108 Likes 3 Shares

He that has working ears, let him hear. If na for comic section make dem put am, maybe if him laugh finish small sense go come. I am so tired! These are basic fundamental things any leader should know; the dumbo presido deliberately circumvents every sense of decency and efficiency so where the hell did that phantom integrity come from? 17 Likes 2 Shares |

It is not an easy task to lead. Yes, he got it right....The letter is comprehensive to work with. but ideally, It's not easy to think about other people. This is because being a leader is all about focusing on other people, it also means facing a host of anticipated and unexpected challenges.... Organizations today place multiple demands on leaders, requiring them to impart vision, initiate change, and make difficult decisions. Gej leardership was a transformational one... while PMB's is transactional, such as those identified in contingency theories, guide followers in the direction of established goals by clarifying role and task requirements. Transformational leaders appeal to followers' ideals and moral values and inspire them to think about problems in new or different ways... It will take a little time to transcend from transactional into transformational. Let us make analysis and identify our own worst path please. But we as Nigerians have not yet figured out the real challenges our leaders are facing... You can tell someone, to lead you on a particular path, to your own taste. But the person must be careful to understand that he should be able to lead you to the very end of the same road, without walking on broken paths... I bet you will challenge him... People who are leading you can never do without dealing with the ‘undiscussables’ of organisational/national life... It will appear they are deaf, but not really,.. We always stare from the sidelines to condemn, make analysis and project as we see it... we must also have to walk in their shoes too. What if it's GEJ now, and what if it was PMB then? The dynamics of power and influence must be seen and something that can occur without timing. And we as individuals, the followers must be ready to stand a stormy moment. I am not a pessimist, I write not to side anyone, but I write to let us know that, at some point, each an everyone of us will have a leadership role to play in life....we will soon, if not already, be a head of a family. Remember to also think about the pressure that will accrue and how you will manage such pressure in the family.... Let alone an entity like the Nigerian Nation... God bless you all..... It is our candid opinion that corruption is not found in only one party. No political party in Nigeria has a monopoly of looters. That is why we need an EFCC that is thoroughly independent of the presidency, and an Attorney General without party affiliation working in partnership with various independent accounting institutes. This is the time to revitalise moribund industries, reinvigorate our agriculture, make our country tourist and investor friendly, and enable our young men and women to find fulfillment by contributing to the common good 5 Likes |

Season of open letters has begun, very soon the ebora of owu (OBJ) will soon write his, lol. Buhari has been a failure, disaster and a course... May God deliver Nigeria. Prof. Soyinka & his likes, the all- knowing puedo- intellectuals, deserve spanking. They brought this curse on us. 32 Likes |

It seems the easiest way to get 'likes' on Nairaland is to openly insult the President, a man old enough to be the Father/Grandfather of the same people insulting him. I'm shocked that female Nairalanders are joining in this disturbing thread, every front page of Nairaland is filled with people insulting a man older than them 3 times over. You can disagree without being disagreeable. Argue against his policies constructively, leave the barely-lettered, unemployable males and un-marriageable, uncouth females to trade insults among themselves. 10 Likes 2 Shares |
