SOURCE: GOAL NEWS The Indomitable Lions striker signed for Ittihad but has had his contract terminated after medical tests reportedly came back positive for HIV Egyptian club Al Ittihad have terminated the contract of Cameroonian striker Samuel Nlend just four days after signing him from Union Douala after he tested positive for HIV, according to reports from KingFut.com . "Despite announcing the signing, the 21-year-old’s blood test results came out positive for HIV, which in turn made the club terminate his contract," KingFut.com wrote. "Photos of the test results and an announcement was made by Ittihad’s media spokesperson came out to confirm the news. "The player now finds himself in a messy situation following the club’s decision to go public with the news as this might affect all future moves in terms of getting a work permit." The 21-year-old has been capped five times by Cameroon, scoring in their 3-1 win over the DR Congo at this year's African Nations Championship.
