NEWSFLASHNGR- Amid serious allegations of malnutrition in the camps of the internally displaced persons, the Arewa Youths Welfare Forum has demanded the sacking of Chief Audu Ogbeh and Senator Heineken Lokpobiri as minister and minister of state respectively.

The group accused the two ministers of insensitivity as hunger reigns in the IDP camps in the North East have been destroyed by the Boko Haram insurgents.

In a statement issued and circulated in Abuja on Sunday by its coordinator, Mallam Usman Barde and made available to Newsflashngr.com, the youth group said the call for the sack of the minister’s become necessary because of the silence of President Muhammadu Buhari over the allegations of impropriety leveled the ministers over diverting of grains.

”We are worried that President Muhammadu Buhari has kept quiet since the allegation of diverting of grains meant for internally displaced persons in the IDP camps broke about three weeks ago.

It is out of wickedness that Ogbeh could give out a contract to someone who he knows does not have the capacity and in the process divert over one hundred trailers. What of Lokpobiri who engaged in cornering grains to be sold out?

”We are convinced that while the minister, Ogbeh is seriously looking for ways to settle himself, Lokpobiri is busy gathering money to prosecute political wars in his home state, Bayelsa.

But we ask, at whose expense? It is clear that both ministers are feeding fat on the hungry that is in the North East just because they don’t feel the pain of the insurgency.

These people voted out Jonathan because of boko Haram and ethnic sentiments now they are starving, under their brother
And why is the hunger in the idp camps more in the north east idp. Maybe they should move the idp to Katsina, probably the Fulani man would understand better.
