Some days ago, I suggested organizing a training on the business angle of website development. I got a lot of feedback and decided to go ahead and get it done. It will cost me my precious time, but I think it's for the greater good. At least I will not be bombarded with questions any longer.

The training is going to hold on the 14th - 16th September 2016, which is more or less a week from now. Like I said, I got a lot of suggestions and feedback especially on how much to charge for 3 days of my time.

After much deliberations and considerations, I am pegging it at N2,500 (approximately $7). I believe this is super fair for a 3 days training. The program will be conducted through Skype and it can contain just 25 participants. So the earlier you book your seat, the better.

How do you charge a client N500k for a website and make them pay with no questions asked?

How to actually divide your workload into sections and attach fees to each section.

How to identify where the market is.

How to prepare website design proposals and letters.

How to keep earning from one client time and time over.

How to get at least 1 or 2 new projects monthly.

Etc.
