The best business idea ever is to buy dollars now, keep it until January then sell it.

Let's do the maths.

Assuming a dollar now is #450 and you invested #4 500 000 you take possession of $10 000.

From my estimate a dollar by January 2017 will not be less than #700 selling.

Now 700 x 10 000 = #7 000 000

Profit = #7 000 000 - #4 500 000
= #2 500 000

Just 5 months investment with no sweat.
With the profits you can buy lands or acquire an already built house, rent it out or live in it.
