I mean the idea just popped out in my head, since them say the country dey divided make the rail line hold us together rather than building withing some certain regions just build one linking all states..

Bad? NO. But Hard? YES . . . considering the financial meltdown.

It will actually be a plus.

Not bad, but as someone pointed out earlier it will be hard considering the state of the economy. For now the government should focus on connecting all the regions by rail to each other. Then we can go on to connect the most populous cities in each state to the major lines.
