Yes, many things can be, and are, 100% wrong.

Turning to Trump: because he shifts his views on so many issues frequently, sometimes he hits on a correct view, apparently by random luck. For example, after being for torture, he then was against it, but then returned to wanting it authorized. So for a moment he appeared to hold the only correct view, that torture is improper. He has had similar flip-flops on immigration, abortion, funding of Planned Parenthood, and other issues.

However, he is often 100% wrong.
