Arise oh youth of Nigeria, our Renaissance has come. Arise for our emancipation, we are born free but every where in fear, Nigeria untold hardish that is simply a leadership problem will end only if the youths wakes up from their slumber.
Seeing this quote by Thomas Paine, our dear country, Nigeria, rings in our minds. The quote ran thus, “the trade of government has always been monopolized by the most ignorant and the most rascally individuals of mankind”.

Logically, the quote might not hold water, but virtually speaking, with the incessant overwhelming circumstances been witnessed in Nigeria, we wouldn't be left with any option rather than to agree with Thomas Paine as it is the case with us Nigeria.

Let us rise up to question all that is questionable, let us begin to question all answers too, until questions are unquestionable and answers are unanswerable.

Today we want to question the attitude of blaming past government, also known as "blame game". On the 7th September, 2016 there was a press release from the presidency, that attributed the current increase in food price to the deceit of the past administration.

Why do you look at the speck in your brother’s eyes, but do not see the plank in your own eyes? Blaming game has become a new defensive mechanism for the present administration. Our hearts bleeds at there rhetoric’s, for how long would our heart continue to bleed?

The past administration was corrupt, we know, why were you voted in, to effect the change you preached. Nigerians are sick and tired of hearing you allot blames over and over again. How can you say to your brother, let me remove the speck that is in your eye, when you yourself do not see the plank that is in your own eyes?

Arise Mr. President, from your slumber, arise Nigerian Youths from your slumber, rise above this blaming game. Arise and get to work and stop this blaming game. This attitude of apportioning blames is a sign of weakness and ineffectiveness. So, arise. First remove the plank in your own eyes.

Faced with what is right, to leave it undone shows a lack of courage. Arise young Nigerians for a new Nigeria. Let us make Nigeria a better place by actively and consciously participating in Nigeria politics.

The punishment we suffer, if we refuse to take part in government, is to live under the government of the worse men. Arise, let us be on our way to a new Nigeria.
