Attempting to engage brain in church or questions like why is pastor getting richer while we continue to suffe, how many times we are going to be breaking bonds and doing deliverance over the same matter, why didn;t the last one work is confirmation of witchcraft punishable under witchcraft laws (see OP). |

BiafraudExposed: lol...being drunk does not exonorate you if you got drunk on purpose... intoxication only works as defence if you didnt know...eg someone cooked food with hemp and u ate it without knowing or your drink was laced with an intoxicating substance and you drank it without knowing...in this cases if you commit an offence, you can claim intoxication as defence You can buy the criminal code...that is the code for southern nigeria |

@op you forgot to include lawfully marrying 2 wives at the same time. There's a law in Nigeria that states that you cannot be lawfully wed someone while still lawfully wedded to another person. If you are sued and found guilty, you could be sentenced to 7 years imprisonment. 1 Like |

Retrospective colonial laws, no doubts our constitution writers just dub, copied and pasted the old British laws which have been long amended by the colonial masters in their countries. we have originality in this country the few people who preached originality like fela were murdered by the government... |

That No. 6 Law gets me feel like all these ladies will now be moving about with recorders and writing materials to ensure any singular promise of marriage is well recorded or written down for material evidence in case the man decides to change his mind after eating the better part and disappoints by saying i no do again. 7. If the white phosphorus can kill, why do I tag it a strong law? 6. So you mean you can only sue a person to court in Nigeria abi? Is that one strange to you. 5 Guilty of misdemeanor. Is to be put in prison for that? 4. Why would you want to paint your car with army green. You should have painted it with Air force red. 3,2,1 which section are these laws under? |
