I am into various businesses and what keeps one in business is your Customer Relationship Management. If you don't know how to behave and act to customers (except the unserious ones/time wasters, not someone who has even paid you in full,who in one way or the other you've used the money to pay up bills) then one shouldn't be in business at all. I'm disappointed at her manner of approach with that rubbish she typed up there after all the things you have stated. uboma: The documents seem to show that processing started on the day you got to the VIO office i.e 31/08/2016. The form should have been processed long before you were called to come for capture and that probably explains why the application was not approved. From all indications,it seems the lady is not a VIO or FRSC staff and Richard appears to be her insider in the VIO office. The form still covers you from police or FRSC harassment as long as your personal details were captured on it (regardless of the comment written on it). Somebody has just lost her reputation on Nairaland over nothing. 2 Likes |

I value my clients hence I hold them in high esteem. You are one of my esteem clients. Mr ****, a client had just captured the previous week before I called you to come. I didn't know such hiccups existed until that very day. Recall how shock i sounded on phone told me it wasn't successful. I showed EMPATHY. I still do. Mr **** sir, on the issue of 3 people that were captured that day, they came for RENEWAL,not FRESH. The evidence of payment you uploaded, (though written not approved) serve as proof of payment. FRSC can not impound your car with the PAYARENA receipt. They are well acquainted with the situation on ground. I and Mr Richards reassured you that we'll call you soon. Sir, i guaranteed you nothing less than a GENUINE licence. I stand on my words. FRSC is working tirelessly to address these hiccups. These things are TEMPORARY challenges. They happen. Well, I understand how you feel during this buhari period, no money can b forgo on any account or reason. I will appeal to both parties involved to dialogue one on one since u r both in the same location. To me miz joy is not a scam because I have risk 2 transactions with her without even knowing her or haven't met her b4 and she deliver without delay or failing. We never can tell where we will meet ourselves again tomorrow so let not tarnish eachother image here because it goes a long way. Miz joy my advise to you is to call your client and arrange how to meet in your office and let him know where the delay is coming from. Anything that happen he will surely hold you responsible since he paid to you. So try to resolve this asap and prove to other NL that you r not a scam. Wen I did mine @ akure(ondo state) it took lyk 1month 4days b4 I was called for capturing and I was still using the receipt given to me that u uploaded for that 1month 4days. I knw how you are feeling now, then I was also angry till I was called for capturing. Even up till now I haven't gotten the permanent one (over 4months now). Pls don't think I have any personal interest in her or whatsover for me siding her. The so called miz joy, I swear to God I haven't met her b4 I only call her on phone for business and she deliver to me without failing. 1 Like |

I was aware of the time Gazzuzz recommended you for the excellent and express service you rendered to him. I later contacted you but failed to engage you because of the distance. You being in Lagos while I am in Abuja. I regret engaging MissJoyJoy at the first instance. I am even lucky that I did not give her multiple jobs at the same time. Even though she kept advertising her other services to me, I choose to do one at a time. Again I ask, how much time is needed to sort this issue, 2, 4, 6, 8 months or will it get to 1 year. |

Oldlayez: Thank you for the solidarity. I have since asked MissJoyJoy to tell me how much time is needed to sort this issue. As part of her poor customer service relations, she has continued to ignore me. If by the end of September 2016, I am to receive the service I paid for, I will take the matter to the Berekete family radio programme here in Abuja so that MissJoyJoy and her cohorts will explain to Nigerians why they keep collecting monies from DL applicants with the promise of delivering within 26 working days but eventually fail to live up to their promise. this will trigger others with similar complaints to air out their dissatisfaction too. they even had the guts to tell me that there are people who paid since March 2016 who are yet to be captured.... Op I empathize with you on your plight. after reading all the comments from both parties involved and other people here,I must say let's exercise a little patients before we color the accused black. Op pls give her a little bit of time.when I did my license it took me almost one year to get it after capturing. Missjoyjoy pls kindly do all u can to resolve this issue. For those calling her a thief,we should not be hasty to cast aspersions. I know money is difficult to get but please OP exercise patients. |

There is a new development here. MissJoyJoy reported that FRSC has shut down the DL application system hence new applications cannot be processed for now. She also reported that she doesn't have my driving school certificate because the driving school also has issues.... Na so so issues I dey hear, lol... MissJoyJoy has offered to refund my money NGN18,500.00 by tomorrow being 20.09.2016. I will inform the house when I get refunded.... 4 Likes 1 Share |

Another twist to the development just occurred. Joy and her colleague called me not too long ago at different intervals requesting that I come for the capture and that my DL application has been approved. What a twist from what I was told this morning.... I told MissJoyJoy that since I no longer have confidence in her, I wish to engage someone else to process my DL. MissJoyJoy again in her display of arrogance, told me clearly on phone that I better come for the capture on forfeit my money which she promised to pay by tomorrow. I asked her that since my driving school certificate is not ready, with what does her colleague want to use in processing my DL. she reported that I shouldn't bother about that and that my DL will be genuine. I have chosen not to go on with MissJoyJoy again since from day 1, she had been full of lies and deceit. but MissJoyJoy has once again dared me to do whatever I like and that she will not refund my money. I have my conversation on phone on record. I will proceed with my plans. MissJoyJoy has till the end of September to refund me or have a wider audience hear about her deceit on the radio programme. |
