I really do not get the deployment part...are they going to be posted to their state of origin or state of residence To make this thing easy,state of residence should be considered here if not enough people go do "ghost workers" based on say I won't leave lagos where I reside and go 2 akwa-ibom my state of origin!...that one na to find person to dey stand in for me while I keep looking for anoda job

They will post you base on the location you put while filling the online form!

Why not just upgrade nysc allowance to 23k? Make it 1 year compulsory, 1 year extension( optional )

Than hire frustrated youths who will mess up this program.
