years back I was paid a 'princely' sum of N3000, which
even back then was very meager.


Youths Diges compiled this list of NYSC allowance for
states in Nigeria. They vary according to the type of
government owned institutions, but note that private
organisations are not included.


1. Akwa Ibom State Pays N10,000


2. Lagos state Pays N15,000 and some times N10,000
to corpers in ministry and N5000 to those in LGA.


3.Sokoto State pays N4,000 and N9,000 to those in
state hospital.

5.Oyo State Pays N3,800


6.Osun State Pays N5,000


7.Kano State Pays N10,000


8.Borno State Pays N1,000


9.Niger State Pays N6,000


10.Yobe State Pays N2,500


11. Bayelsa Pays N3,000


12. Ekiti state Pays N5,000


13. Ogun State Pays N5,000


14. Delta States Pays N5,000


15. Bauchi State Pays N1,250

op, you are correct especially about Taraba State. I benefitted from the 10k allawee in 2013. It used to be 2k but around March/April 2013 it was jacked-up to 10k.
Brother-man, I nearly applied for service extension.
But I Thank God, the khaki days and "COR'FER" experience are over.

Jigawa pays 5000

Bayelsa list might be wrong...as at 2006, i collected #4,000 as someone that did not serve across the river... those that served across got #5,000 and those in state capital got #3,000...

Don't tell me that after those long yrs, they are still operating on the same payment scale

Oyo pays #4000, in fact I just received feb'16 own...

Ogun state does not pay even a penny. Still serving there sef. But we still remain 5 star corps member shaa

Outdated! I served in state of Osun and I never got anything from the state as allowance...14 batch c...so you can do well to change osun state to free service.

2011 batch B that passed out in 2012 were paid. N110,000 bulk money in Rivers State.

Fct pays #0.00 but if you are lucky to get a good ppa,they'll pay you above 10k. Those working in fcta (state govt) collect 10k

how much is Ondo state paying?

I served in Niger State, one Naira they didn't pay me and my colleagues.

currently serving in Akwa ibom 10k anymore, they now pay 4900 after owing u for 3 month though. so op change that of Akwa ibom pls b4' amadioha do d needful..

eya, so Ekiti has not started paying? I served at Ekiti West C 13,it was so painful that after B13 collected their 50k useless Fayose came in and neglected us, paid some n leave some till date.
