Talking about 16 years of PDP Vs 1 year of APC.....

1. PDP met a bag of rice at less than N2500 in 1999, but left it at N11,000 in 2015 when they left power.

2. PDP met the Dollar at N20 when they came in 1999, but left it at N220 in 2015 when they were leaving.

3. PDP met petrol pump price at N11 when they came in 1999 but left it at N87 when they were leaving in 2015.

4. PDP met a bag of cement at less than N400 but left it at N2000 while they were leaving in 2015.

5. PDP met a tin of milk at N15 in 1999 but left it at N100 when they left in 2015.

6. PDP met only OPC in 1999 but left us with Niger Delta militancy, Avengers, MASSOB, IPOB, BAKKASI and Boko Haram as at when they left in 2015.

7. PDP was ushered in with a free and fair election in 1999 by the military but they left us with ballot box snatching, rice sharing for campaigns, do-or- die politics, political assassinations, etc...

8. Hmmm even Life expectancy for Nigerians was 59 years when PDP came in 1999 but PDP left it at 42years... All these outlined problems are the legacy of the PDP led government. The ppl and party that brought Nigeria and Nigerians to her knees are again offering Nigeria advice on governance, can someone tell them to please let us give this administration its four years, before judgement. What they couldn't do in 16yrs, they demand this administration to deliver in one year. Are these ppl serious ? I think we have to stop blaming Buhari's govt, for inherited problems his administration is working hard to solve. May God help Buhari bring back our lost Glory. Even as I buy a litre of petroleum at N145 or more, I will continue to endure. Even as power generation drops, I will continue to believe that things will get better. Even as the exchange rate remains high, I will continue to have faith in God believing that one day it shall be better. Even as salary is not paid as at when due, I shall continue to believe that this condition is not forever. Even as the prices of food items and other commodities have gone high, I will continue to have faith and confidence that one day it shall become history.

I campaigned for CHANGE. I voted for CHANGE. I believe in CHANGE. I so much believe that one day I will be counting the much benefits of CHANGE.

No just calculate the PDPs cumulative 16 years the income then 100-140/barrel and compare with only APCs only 1 year with only 40/barrel.

There will always be inflation but OP did well by reminding those that want to politicize our challenges that PDP left us with 1000% devaluation and inflation in 16 years.

Pls can the past be? Let's salvage the current and plan for the future. Our past didn't just start with PDPs last 16 years. There have been very useless, corruption filled military years of Northern Nigeria leadership including Buharis'. Limiting our past to recent 16years can only be reasoned by Zombies. But like I said, it is the present and the future we have to collectively work out!

Let me indulge you a bit. Though I am going to wrap it all with just two points. I dont want to bore you with details and information that will not make sense to you. grin

1. It took PDP 16 years to "wreak" Nigeria economy. But APC did far more damage with 18 months.

2. Within this time frame PDP increased minimum so that the masses can have a little left after all the price "increament" you listed. APC is yet to do anything about the salary of the average Nigerian. Ooh I just remember minimum wage cannot buy a bag of rice in Nigeria any more.

NB. I would assume a wise person will vote for an upgrade from PDP era.

Let me lead you through this little story of mine maybe that will explain to you while reasonable people are enraged at PMB and while 'waiting' till 2018 is not what people want to hear.

Here we go:

Imagine you have a company and for years your company has been recording losses after losses. For want of what to do to save your company you started shopping for a new management team. During this time one of the applicant told you what he thought was wrong with your company and that he has experienced and that he could fix your com^pany and bring it back to making profit within a short period of time.

You were excited and based on that you had no choice but to let your former CEO left and hired this new guy. Not only did you hire this new guy, you gave him free access to the company purse:

1. He can pay himself as much as he wants (as stipulated my company policies)

2. He can hire experts/consultants and pay them whatever he wants you dont care

3. He can get all the perks he wants likewise his team of experts ( experts appointed by him without your objection)

Then within 16 months your company is bleeding more than it was before you hired this new guy. When you approached him what he came up with were how the previous guy ruined your company ( of that was why you hired him) etc

So tell me, are you going to sit tight and pretend that all is well while you wait till 2018?

Are you going to say sure, keep bleeding my company afterall you were not the first one to bled my company?
