Government's Interest In Developing Ikorodu Makes Land Prices Go Up by sammyboy(m): 3:56pm On Sep 19, 2016
Its no more news that the Lagos State Government is highly interested in developing Ikorodu. Exactly the reason why demand of lands have increased and prices are consequently on the rise. Lands and properties in Ikorodu have become hot cake. In a bid to extend development to Ikorodu, the government brought development potentials meant to drive the proposed development. The 4th Mainland bridge will play its part, a Housing estate of 500 units of flats has been built at Agbowa town in Ikorodu, Mile 12 market will soon be relocated to Imota, also in Ikorodu. These and many more has been positioned all around the nukes and crannies of the large town.
Sterling Homes Ltd has developing estates in Ikorodu, selling for immediate building and as well for speculative purpose. A wonderful opportunity for those seeking to buy as investment. The values of land will continue to appreciate. Prices of the lands vary from 750,000 to 1.5M; and believe me when I say that they are really developing fast.
