I sincerely need clarification on the above topic,from well grounded Bible students.

Last Sunday in church services,we had a new regional overseer transfered to our parish a Pentecostal church.

After the service,he made an announcement that the church's very expensive ceramic pulpit,should be changed to a wooden one,he said pulpits biblically must be made of wood to soak in power,even if a pastor is not around,you can come alone ,pray and receive answers.To me it doesn't matter,because I know Jesus said" a time will come when true believers will worship in truth and spirit ,not in Jerusalem or any other places"

But nobody knows it all,can someone please clarify me on this?

His presence does not demands a wooden or ceramic pulpit. A pulpit is a pulpit. Wherever two or more are gathered......
