I have no problems with it as long as it is properly done. If you live in a cold climate it would be inhumane torture to ask your g/f not to wear one. Most guys can't even tell if a girl is wearing one these days.

That's new . . .Last I asked, it's for beautification and not protective purposes. In fact, I believe it puts stress on your natural hair.
