HEAD, SALES & MARKETING

Requirement:
• Flair for marketing
• relevant working experience
• Graduate in relevant field
• Male/female
• Residence within Lekki axis will be an added advantage

Responsibilities:

• Closing sales deals, Promoting and marketing company products.
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans
• Proven track record in end to end sales from initial appointment, through to presentation, negotiation and contract signature
• Must be detailed in sales of real estate products
• The suitable candidate must be well experienced about real estate properties, both for corporate sales and retail
• Ability to manage and coordinate Sales / Marketing Executives
• Activate and sustain customer loyalty for the brand in the area.
• Build and sustain a viable business in the area.
• Follow up on action points agreed at meetings.
• Ensure effective and timely product delivery.
• Attend all sales and marketing meetings.
•
