ABUJA – MEMBERS of the House of Representatives Wednesday suspended ousted Chairman Committee on Appropriation, Rep Abdulmunin Jibrin for 180 legislative days. The committee of the whole sat and considered the Rep Ossai Ossai led Ethics and Privileges committee report clause by clause and nailed him for one legislative calendar year.
