Everybody keep saying "learn a trade". As easy as it is to learn a trade, has anybody ever come up with the modalities on how to get capital to start up after learning the trade? I know of dozens of people who heed this advice of " learn a trade" and actually did, but the problem they are facing today is that of capital. The interest rate to get a loan from a commercial bank as at today is 14% with no moratorium. Something this learn a trade slogan could be inching in my ears. |
