It's not normal they don't need your pin or card number to register, esspecially online, they only need your account number, if any one is asking for your pin or card number they are a FRAUD your pin is only for your onw use, i repeat, ONLY FOR YOUR OWN USE no one else should know your pin not even your families. That's why it's called Personal Identification Number (PIN).
