no decision in this world can satisfy Nigerian, when the 3 years validity law had not been passed Nigerian's are agitating for it passage and now that the law has come to stay Nigerians are begin to condemning it.

Seems like you guys don't get the disadvantage in this,people who got low marks in a sitting would have to wait 3 whole years to improve on their chances of getting admitted.

The move is laudable if and ONLY if
1. JAMB improves significantly on the conduct of UTME
2. Tertiary institutions, especially universities are severely dealt with if they persist on their unruly ways when it comes to admission.
3. Working policies are put in place to prevent double applications and transparency in admission processes
4. The concept of catchment and ELDS is abolished for federal schools.
5. Clear explanations of admission processes are published just b4 the commencement of UTME registration.
