HOW TO TREAT YOUR DOMESTIC STAFF
Respect and trust your staff
Never raise your voice at your staff
Be kind but firm, have an occasional joke with your staff but keep your relationship on a professional level and never become too familiar
Commend your staff from time to time so as to let them know you appreciate everything they do.
Never accuse your staff except you have investigated and found them guilty
Perfection is the rarest commodity - be realistic and don't set standards for your domestic staff that are unrealistic.
Remember: They cannot reason like you, else they won't be at their level
