MINT!!!!!!!!!

When Fergie was 60,
He had won 7 EPL titles, 5 FA cup titles, 1 UCL title and 1 Intercontinental title.

Jose Mourinho at 45 won 5 league titles in 3 different countries, 1 UCL title and 1 UEFA cup.

Rafa Benitez at less than 50 won 2 La Liga titles, 1 UEFA cup and 1 UCL cup.

Surely, Arsene Wenger is a FAILURE.

What has FAILURE wengay to show?

He shows Theo Walcott's world cup inclusion in 2006 and he has assembled the youngest embryos in the football world.
Surely, that must be an achievement. grin

@Sauron & DayoKanu,

First he may not be the best or the most successful but if awards are to be given to the best 5 coaches globally, you will find Prof up there.
Secondly, if that’s your parameters for judging good or successful coaches, then you must be short-sighted because not all good coach in the world coach club. What about that that won either continental trophies or world cup. Pep Guordiola, Alex, Ancelotti, Jose & Morinho manage great teams with good budget. Any coach can achieve what they all achieve with the set of players they have. I personally think the best way to judge a good or successful coach is how he develops & bring out the best in his player nurturing them nothing to something and in that regard, Arsene Wenger, Guus Hindink (as national team coach) and even David Moyes should be above all the ones you are mentioning because they achieve consistency even with little budget and don’t depend on ready-made players. It's an easy job to be a coach when you have unlimited funds available (e.g. Real Madrid, Man City) but to build a world class team on a very limited transfer budget requires absolute quality.
Arsenal is a team you hate to love.
