I have always said it. The Nigerian musicians that will win the highly coveted Grammy are those that propagate their originality- the actual ones that know music and ready to showcase our local genres to the world.

Or why will PSquare be considered for a Grammy nomination when the world has Usher? Why will TuFace (yeah, even him) be considered for a Grammy nomination when there are several others doing BETTER the genre he does?

I will easily put money on people like Asa, Beautiful Nubia, Bez, Darey and maybe Wizkid.

Or is it a miracle that King Sunny Ade and KWAM 1 were nominated for grammies even though they didn't have the best champaigne-popping, booty-shaking videos?
