The Economic And Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) has arrested the former Special Adviser to ex-President Goodluck Jonathan on Media, Dr. Reuben Abati.

An official of the ant-graft agency disclosed that Abati was brought to the commission’s office this afternoon.

No reason was given for his arrest and subsequent detention.
