When the organizers pick beautiful ladies and give them 10 Sponsorship forms at N100k each as a prerequisite for qualification, things like this are bound to happen. That means each contestant has a responsibility to bring N1m to the table.

Granted the ladies could have easily walked away, but there is more to the stories than the video itself. The whole detail is chilling and sinister to say the least.

@Chidinma Okeke, Who needs a "world press conference" when you could do a video in your home to do damage control? At least no one can shoot u there...whoever wrote you that script is your enemy.

But moving on.....

Foreign PR firms are good at getting people out of scandals like this and taking a cue from them I would advice Chidinma thus;

1. Stop lying and admit it.

This would break down defences and allow people to move on from your case.

2. Apologize

U got caught, just apologize for being naive and going down that path.

3. Embellish the truth

For instance say you were coerced or tricked to play a game you regret on camera.Remember, it was all set up to ruin you. Perhaps the tape was requirement by the pagaent organisers?

4. Play the victim

Tell about how your traducers repeatedly blackmailed and threatened you with the tape then tell the public how you are relieved that your ordeal in the hands of your blackmailers is over with the release of the tape. This would make the tape less of a big deal and you would be seen as a victim of abuse.

5. Get an Alibi

The other girl must corroborate your story.

Do steps 1-5 and the story is dead in the water and you'll have women's rights groups adoring you all over.
