Your general pointed is noted. However, are you aware that there is no universal age of consent? The age of consent is 14 in Brazil for example, and 16 in the UK. So what you consider a paedophile here in a "lawless" country like Nigeria, would not be so in a "law abiding" country like the England.

Time doesn't necessarily mean a particular age. For me, when a lady has a picture of where God is taking her to in Life( a sense of her purpose), when she knows the role of a woman in building a home, and has discipline in finance, emotion and a self definition that is independent of trends, then she is ready. She'll grow the rest in the home.
