Wives, submit yourselves unto your own husbands, as unto the Lord - Ephesians 5:22 Husbands, love your wives, even as Christ also loved the church, and gave himself for it; - Ephesians 5:25 The first Scripture on women submitting to their men is controversial in modern times. However I realise that much emphasis have not been made on men loving their wives AS CHRIST LOVES THE CHURCH - I wonder if it is because the second command is more difficult than the first. So this is the question to Nairalanders, IS IT MORE DIFFICULT FOR A MAN TO TRULY LOVE HIS WIFE THAN IT IS FOR A WOMAN TO FULLY SUBMIT TO HER HUSBAND - or vice versa.
