Nigeria technical adviser, Gernot Rohr has invited 24 players for 2018 World Cup qualifier clash against Algeria at the Godswill Akpabio Stadium in Uyo billed for November 12.

The Super Eagles got their Russia 2018 campaign to a winning start when they beat Zambia 2-1 in Ndola earlier this month, and the tactician will be hoping to continue in that form against the Desert Warriors.

Making the coach’s list for the first time are Hapoer Be’er Sheva’s John Ogu and Oghenekaro Etebo, who won bronze medal with the Nigeria U23 national team in Brazil.

Watford’s Odion Ighalo also returns to the team after missing the last trip due to his father’s burial and in-form Chelsea winger, Victor Moses has also been invited for the encounter.

I think we have a more potent strike force than algeria but our defence is still lacking a strong central defender. Omeruo cannot provide that. We saw the blunder he committed against Zambia. Ogu's inclusion is nice because he gives us an option to mikel. But musa mohammed?? He barely plays for his club.
ighalo?? He's scored just once this season.
Who's the other guy from ado den haag? cos I've ne'er heard'of him.

Hopefully,I hope Nigeria wins by a two goal margin. .
