Soldiers have complained about some army generals in collaboration with Mr Buratai misappropriating their allowances for personal usage on a regular basis. They said such attitude is weakening the morale of soldiers who are now in foreign missios in Liberia, Mali and Sudan. Why are they in foreign mission when we lack personnel to fight boko haram? I believe those that should be complaining are d ones fighting d insurgent..I learnt some might not even fire one shot thruout their stay there only to come back with enof dollars and start to oppress his fellow soldiers that are not opportuned to for d foreign jamboree. |
