The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) has disowned a ghost company involved in the production of fake result sheets in Port Harcourt, Rivers, ahead of December 10 legislative rerun elections in the state. The Chief Press Secretary to INEC Chairman, Rotimi Oyekanmi, made the call in an interview on Sunday in Abuja.
