Each time I plug my android phone to my PC via USB cable, I get a message "windows xp needs to identify this service service pack 3 and windows media 10 or higher are required". my phone can only be recognized as a camera, so I can't transfer other files. pls what can I do about this? I use windows 8.1 thanks |
