how do they receive their awards, do they go to bbc office or any other physical office to receive the award just like fifa world best, European best and African best or is just mere announcement by bbc on TV and radio ?

Usually a BBC journalist presents the award to the recipient on the day that the winner is announced.

For example, on many occasions the award has been given to African players that are preparing for the African Cup of Nations. One of the BBC journalists covering the competition would present the award to the player at his national team's camp during the day, then the decision would be announced on BBC Fast Track at 8pm on that day. They would also broadcast a recorded interview of the winner (Fast Track was rested some years ago).
