In Group D, Atletico Madrid welcome Chelsea to the Vicente Calderon for the return leg of their UCL clash. Chelsea currently top the group with 9  points, while Atletico Madrid have just 1 point.

Atletico Madrid lost the 1st leg 4-0, with Salomon Kalou scoring either side of half-time, a Frank Lampard goal and a Luis Perea own goal completing a defeat that resulted in the departure of Coach Abel Resino.
Resino got replaced by former Valencia coach Quique Sanchez Flores until the end of the season - and he guided them to a 2-0 win over Marbella in the Copa del Rey in his first game. Flores believes in Atletico Madrid's strength on home ground, especially against English teams; Atletico have never lost in a competitive home game against English opponents.
Atletico were quite poor at Stamford Bridge however, so one has to wonder just how amazing they can suddenly become at home.
Strikers Sergio Aguero and Diego Forlan are expected to lead the charge, with danger man Simao assisting. A midfield with Jose Antonio Reyes could help, considering his EPL experience.
Atletico need to do a lot of attacking; 4 goals are a lot to bounce back from. This will leave them with the usual problem of consequently being open to strong counter-attacks from Chelsea. A lot will be asked of Atletico Madrid's defense on the night.

Chelsea remain in top form, with continued wins in recent games. After a 4-0 demolishing of Atletico Madrid at Stamford Bridge, the Blues head to Spain where they've managed to remain unbeaten in their last 5 games on Spanish soil.
Coach Carlo Ancellotti has got his 2 main strikers ready - Didier Drogba and Nic Anelka. Solomon Kalou has been out injured, but it's nothing major. We may see him on the bench.
No major changes are expected in midfield, with the exception of Joe Cole. Joe Cole did not feature in the EPL game against Bolton on Saturday as many expected; one has to assume he was being further rested for this game in Spain.
In defence, Ancellotti has to decide if he will be sticking with Carvalho or replacing him with Alex. Ashley Cole and Bosingwa remain injured, so we might have a back line similar to the one used against Bolton - John Terry, Carvalho/Alex, Ivanovic and Ferreira.  .  .as well as Petr Cech.
If Ferreira is fielded he could be a weak point, judging from his performance against Bolton. The rest of the defense will have to offer him some necessary support.
4 goals up.  .  .Chelsea sure have no reason to not remain on top at the end of 90 minutes(plus added time, of course).
