The New American President Has Said it All Christians across the nation have voted, and the results are in. Donald Trump will be the 45th President of the United States. But just a few days ago his VP, Mike Pence, released a new video, detailing his personal faith story. Whilst Pence grew up in a Christian home, he says that it became personal when he gave his life to Christ in college. "My faith became my own when I made a personal decision to trust Jesus Christ in my freshman year in college. That night, my heart was literally broken wide with gratitude and joy. When I came to realize that what happened on the cross, in some small measure, happened for me." https://hellochristian.com/5043-mike-pence-we-need-jesus-more-than-ever-right-now 3 Likes |

And America finally returns to its christian heritage. America is a christian nation. Democrats wanted to turn it into something else. If you don't like america being christian, go back to your country. 9 Likes |

When I saw fr. Mbaka prayed for buhari and asked the seat in Aso rock to be too hot, and declared a spiritual change of power. something told me, "Jonathan days are numbered". when I saw ministers in America like Copeland and likes pray for trump I knew power is about to change hands. Evil prevail when good people are silent! 2 Likes |

Sweetle:as a muslim, I love jesus more than you do- infact, I can't love prophet muhammad(pbuh) without loving jesus. Your love for jesus is only measured on how you make him appear as God and worship his imaginary image; muslims are too wise to do this. I know what it means for conservative to win election in the US, don't jump this story thinking jesus has captured a new territory. I can only take the VP-elect seriously if upon assumption, they push for the law that recognizes marriage between man and man to be repealed. 3 Likes |

America will continue to remain a secular state. Religion will forever be seperated from the state, while the state will continue to keep a watchful eye on religion. I remember Jim Jones of Guyana's tragedy. That some people even think Donald Trump is religious shows that all you need to do to succeed in life is to deceive those who can oppose you that you support them. 5 Likes |

Caseless:Americans are not religious fundamentalists. They are christians, but with functioning brains. That kind of religious extremism you find in islamic countries will not hold sway in america. Yes, they may not repel the gay rights law because freedom of americans is pivotal, but it still dosen't change the fact that america is a christian nation built on christian foundations. The likes of George Washington, Abraham lincoln would be disgusted at what their america has become at the hands of certain liberalists. Well, Americans have taken their country back. |

CSTR13: I can assure you that unlike you and your many numbered accounts, I have only a single account on Nairaland. I definitely never vomited any opinion on who was certain to win or lose the USA election . As for the politics of USA itself, I'm ambivalent in my ideology. The Democrats ensure and enforce appropriate regulation on big business for the benefit of the average Joe, as opposed to the Republicans who are tied to the boardroom of most firms and would serve their purpose first before serving the people. Do you know that a certain Republican insisted that the oil industry should not have been made to pay the initial $20B that was fined in the aftermath of the oil spill of the Macondo blowout in the gulf of Mexico? Whose purpose was such a politician serving when he even insisted that the Obama administration should apologise for the fine levied? Hasn't more monies been paid out by the oil industry due to law suits in the aftermath of that disaster? Do I even need to talk about the health industry and their cronies in the vast right-wing conspiracy? The Republicans are too capitalist and support the free enterprise notion of the American dream, while the Democrats are too "welfarist" and give too many handouts to both lazy people and the disadvantaged. The Democrats are in tune with a "you'll never walk alone" mindset. The Republicans urge you to do what you can alone and generate wealth for yourself and America. The Republicans are tied by the hip to the military industrial complex, in clear disregard of the warning by Pres. Gen. Eisenhower in his farewell speech. Who should know better if not Gen. Eisenhower? The Democrats ensure that no one would be discriminated against irrespective of race, religion, sexual orientation. They essentially ensure no one sees himself as more American than the other. The Republicans believe some are more American than others. The paradox of the Republicans anti-government stand is that while lamenting that the government is too big and poke-nosy, they are the ones who want government to invade the privacy of their supposed free citizens, with all the illegal wire-tapping and legislation on sex, sexuality and pregnancy. As for your religious insecurities and hopes, religion has forever been banished to its rightful place - in the hearts and minds of its adherents. It will never influence government policy in America, whether Democrat or Republican. If the hippy care-free Donald Trump is the best the bible thumping wing of the Republicans can manage to get into power, then liberals can rest assured that even religion has no holier-than-thou moral compass any more, let alone threaten the secularity of the state. In this new era where right-speak and political correctness has been defeated by a so-called Christian candidate Trump, let the church go fuc.k itself if it can't grab them by the puss.ie. |

Christians should forever remain grateful to Donald Trump... Yahweh send Trump to rescue the church How is the Messiah they been waiting for For he crushed the entire liberal....he didn't defeat them.. .i repeat he CRUSHED them take the power from them and gave it back to the church. America will now choose a God fearing Supreme Court judge. Liberals are lawless people. Trump said in the last debate. ..Hilary is a nasty woman She wanted to reap babies out of pregnant women womb Legalisation of abortion. Liberalism has been defeated.. Thanks you Donald J Trump. |
