First things first, avoid exposure to loud noise or direct noise to the ears. Hearing loss of such nature can be reversed and may take quite a while before normal hearing function resumes.
You would also need to be checked by a doctor, as there is a possibility that some damage has been done to your ear drum.

met a doc... he gave me gentamicin ear drops... will that help?... I don't think the tinnitus will go any time soon I just want the earache to go

Gentamicin isn't the solution, you don't have an infection. It could even worse the problem esp if the ear drum isn't intact.
