Click on Register. In order to authenticate your account, they will require you upload a government identification like, international passport, driver's license or National Id.

You should get your card in 3 to 4weeks.

1. Yes, they will remove their fee, when I sent $200 dollars they debited me for card maintenance. I don't know if they do negative balance though.
