There fellow nairalanders after self examination and experience I have to come out with this tread if the parents are to be blame in individual poverty or the government should also be blame for this. When it come to the abstract of education we Nigerian do believe that if you are not educated there is no possibility of becoming a rice famous people. A situation where by a father who have be doing security for more than 20 years in any company in ninja with a wife and 10 children at home is there no 40% guarantee that the man should be able to train at least 3of the children to have an SS CE certificate, he need to cloth them feed them and every other things he need to do as a parents. In the other hand is a man who have just 3 kid’s and wife is working in the same field of the man who have 12 children, I am 90% sure that those 3 kid’s we have the best and adorable qualification in the family………………… So my question goes like this again who is to be blame for this again??…, positive respond we be highly welcome on time.

Blame yourself.
If the parents cant train u in school, train yourself by doing some odd jobs, cld take years, but with determination, u surely can finish it.

Oprah is a classic example when it comes to such an issue. She could have easily blamed her parents for poor protection or lack thereof when she was abused by family and even opted for a promiscuous life in her teenage hood. However she made decisions early on to be the best she can be using her strengths. Nobody out there will lift you up if you havent showed them your strengths. I learned from an early age that "the world meets nobody halfway"

both parties are equally to be blamed. when your govt. cant provide you with any means of sense of financial and economic security, it is hard to be a reproductive member of society which leads to poverty. also, when individuals fail to take an active role in their own life and pursuit of happiness and depend on the govt. for their every need and wants, they become a failed course because inasmuch as its the govt. job and responsibility to serve its people, you cant depend on the govt. to provide you with heaven and earth while you sit there and cross your legs.

The individual should blame himself. Though the mentioned instituitions can affect a person's economic status, blaming them would amount to accepting ur state and doing nothing about it since u can always put the blame on them. If u look at our country, u discover that mediocrity and complacency abound because everyone blames the government or their parents for their situations and that has made alot of people to wallow in poverty. The few who have accepted the blame and took charge of their destinies are doing well.
