A petty thief who stole a goat in a community in Edo State was made to parade around the town with the animal on his back. A young man who stole a goat in Benin City, the capital of Edo State, got more than he bargained for after he was caught by residents of the area. The thief was caught around the Eweka area in the town by residents as he tried to steal the goat which was tied in a field by its owner. The crowd was said to have stripped the suspect, beat him mercilessly and paraded around the town with the goat before he was taken to Ivbiotor Police Station at Dumez Road in uBenin City and handed over to the officers. http://www.godwingist.com/2016/11/jungle-justice-goat-thief-paraded-in-edo.html
