Hmmm. What have you done to the gearbox?
Have you drained and refilled Oyel, if yes, what type of Oyel did you pour inside?

O boy, just arrange #300,000 for another gear box unless Gazzuzz or doMack9 got a reliable great technician for you. MDX and gearbox madness are inseparable.

On a sound note, check if there's been leakage within the gear casing and dipstick point.
