Good evening everyone. Someone made a deposit into my UBA account since 9am this morning. I'm yet to get a credit alert. Have checked with my atm card around 4pm and the cash hasn't entered. Currently trying to check my acount balance using the umobile app but seems they are having network issues. I have called the person over and over again and he insists he made payment. He even sent me the teller number he used for making payment. Has anyone experienced this with UBA? Advice needed. Thanks!

I'm calm just that its money for goods and he needs the goods tomorrow. I need to get the money before releasing the goods though he has sent me a pic of the teller.

You can check your balance with your ATM card or contact their customer care they are very responsive and reliable

brother you just landed yourself in one chance pray the money enters your account I made payment last month up till now no traces of transfer

aww!!! Nani, don't worry all you need do is contact their customer care via EMAIL (cfc@ubagroup.com) refering to this link and have your complaint sorted in record time. I have tested them on this, trust me, i know.....

You can either send a mail to their customer care or u can tweet at them, I was given an immediate call on my complaint when I had issues of sort. These guys don't joke with their customers. Thank Me later

Chat them up on facebook. I can bet dey will call u if u ask them to.. That is why I won't stop banking with UBA.

Sorry bro! This same thing happened to me last week and I chatted them up on Facebook and it was resolved in minutes. Just chat them up on Facebook, I'm sure they will delight you.
