It is educational especially for the folks that go to Ilorin, Owerri, Kaduna, Ibadan, Enugu, PH, Minna, etc. and take pictures of roundabouts to brag about how developed Nigeria has become. You look around, those cities have no pipe borne water, electricity supply is erratic, bad roads everywhere and poor waste management is the norm.
