when u see somebody comparing which player is better than the other by using stats u'll know d person is new to football, he is an american, he is an epl fan, he knows jack sh*t about football, or all of d above.. When will people get it upstairs dat how good u r at football cannot totally be measured by stats! Eg in a hypothetical match messi dribbles 5 players, sends a lovely thru ball to neymar dat sets up neymar one on one with d opposition goalkeeper. Neymar looks u n sees suarez free on goal. He passes to suarez n suarez taps into an empty net. Dis happens 5 times n barca wins 5-0. In d match stats suarez has scored 5 in d match with 5 assists from neymar. To those dat think football is about stats suarez is d motm. To those who watch football, it is messi.
