he has been paying them hmmm. The point there's that the pensioners are not in one accord they are splitted to factions. We have the triangular factions we also have the nigeria union of pensioners factions so this is the reason why their misunderstanding between pensioners and the government. Infact the issues have been resolve. They even have special penary session on bailout funds today in the state house of assembly.
