Please I want clarification on the issue of paying 5000 naira to change institution by JAMB. My brother got admitted by his second choice university and he claims he had to pay 5k for the current change of institution.

Jamb change of course/institution is #2,500 not #5000. Go to any cafe and ask 'bout it. Except if the cafe man want to charge him for his own work, which should not pass #500 making #3k all together
