I just assessed your blog once again. Like i will always say, since it is on the basis of insufficient content, it means you are safe. But below is my few advice and contribution:

1. Ensure you have equal amount of post in each category

2. Check your blog description if it really reflects the categories or topics you are writing about. But that is a pointer of what your blog is all about and you post shouldn't deviate from it. That is why focusing on a niche is better at first.

3. Ensure you have much words in your post too, and let your keywords be seen in both your body and post title. The bots wants to really know what each post is all about.

4. This is also importamt, check how many of your post have actually been indexed by Google. You can use Google Search Console to ascertain this.

5. Finally, wait for atleast one month nefore reapplying, you can choose not to add a single post again during this period of wait. At least during this period all your post would have been indexed.

This is the little i can contribute for now. Lets follow it and keep our fingers crossed.

If the Adsense account is still existing in the former email, all you have to do is to invite the new email and make it an administrator. That is all.

The first website was created recently after I was told that I can't apply for adsense with the second website which wasn't approved due to insuficient contents. I was told that unless I subscribe to custom domain name.

The first website focused on Customer service solutions & tips while the second one spread accross inspiration, relationship, fashion and so on.

I will like to know if I should stick to the second website and write on inspiration, relationship, fashion, customer service together, then work on it to get appproval or use the newly designed blog that focus only on customer service.

Suggestions on best and improved design will be highly appreciated.

You just passed the first stage of approval. You need to implement the code on your site, and wait for the second approval.

As regards your third party blociking...pls explain better
